1. New Installation
For Clients needing a surveillance system or wanting to completely Upgrade their existing system, we can provide full systems with HD cameras specifically optimized for our solutions. These have full HD, Ultra HD, and 4k resolutions. We will pre program these systems for easy installation by one of our installers, a local installer in your area, or a service manager on site.
2. Retro Fit Installation
For clients who already have a surveillance system with compatible ip cameras this option will work well for you. We can preprogram all needed hardware and remotely configure your cameras to work with Arden.ai. Credentials for existing hardware will be needed in order to complete programming. This includes username and passwords for each camera, routers, and Wi-Fi.
Regardless if your already have an existing system or not, an Arden.ai server is needed. The variant will depend on the amount of cameras you have at the property. An internet connection is also needed for remote programming, remote viewing, and autonomous response.
Depending on specifics, most deployments can be installed by the onsite maintenance staff or property manager. We will provided a detailed installation guide that can be easily followed to get everything connected. In some situations, a power cable may need to be run inside the walls from the touch screen to a light switch or to a wall outlet. This will require turning off the electrical at that specific location or in the entire office.
Jetsons Living can also install equipment at locations across the country. We can visit each property to provide onsite installation services and provide in person training if needed. This however will incur travel costs to accomplish.
